Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If it does not entail laser engraving, you are able to cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order is shipped we are unable to alter or cancel it.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship world wide. If you are unsure of your country, please give us a call before you place your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes Up to 5 working days for orders with standard delivery after processing. Next-day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). (processing times may vary).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Due to the nature of grooming products, all returns incur a 20% restocking fee which goes towards cleaning, repairing and reselling the returned product as an open box product. Simply send an email to with your order number and return request.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
