We completely get it, we change our minds too! If it does not entail laser engraving, you are able to cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order is shipped we are unable to alter or cancel it.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We ship world wide. If you are unsure of your country, please give us a call before you place your order.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Due to the nature of grooming products, all returns incur a 20% restocking fee which goes towards cleaning, repairing and reselling the returned product as an open box product. Simply send an email to info@barbernation.com with your order number and return request.
