Shipping & Rates
To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field.
BarberNation ships to residential and commercial addresses in the lower 48 US States, and some products ship to Canada (see Canadian Orders below). If you have your heart set on a product and live in Alaska or Hawaii, let us know and we’ll try our best to help you with a shipping quote.
Shipping Methods & Times
USPS & FedEx are our primary shippers but we may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. If you have ordered an oversize item it may ship freight. If that is the case, your driver will phone to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment has arrived at a local facility. If you have any questions, please contact us.

- Fedex SmartPost (3-7 Bus. Days)
- Fedex / UPS Ground (3-5 Bus. Days)
- Fedex 2 Day (2 Bus. Days + 1 day for pick up)
Note: FedEx 2 Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays). Most large items cannot be shipped via Fed Ex 2-Day service.
Most items ship from our warehouse in Dacula, GA, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversize item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to save on shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, please click here to log into your BarberNation Account. Your username is the email address you entered during checkout. Your automatically generated password will have been emailed to that same address. When we load your tracking information, we give you the master tracking number. You should be able to see all of the individual tracking numbers in your shipment on the courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and will arrive on different days.
It's imperative that you monitor your tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost shipments.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered, and you have not received it, please email us at email@example.com with your order number. We will contact the shipper to find a resolution. Please note, we cannot replace or refund stolen/lost orders unless we receive a resolution from the shipping company. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
