TurboJet Trade-In Upgrade Program Policy

BarberNation customers who own an older TurboJet unit may be eligible to trade in their current device and receive up to 25% off the purchase of a new eligible TurboJet upgrade.

To participate, the customer must contact BarberNation support and provide proof of ownership, such as an order number, receipt, or clear photos of the current TurboJet unit. Once eligibility is confirmed, BarberNation will provide instructions for completing the trade-in process.

To qualify for the Trade-In Upgrade Program, the TurboJet unit must be in working condition. The unit must power on, operate properly, and include all major components. Units that are non-working, heavily damaged, missing major parts, or appear to be counterfeit will not qualify.

The customer is responsible for shipping their trade-in unit to BarberNation. Once the trade-in unit is received and verified, BarberNation will issue a discount code for up to 25% off, which can be used toward the purchase of an eligible new TurboJet product.

The final discount amount may vary based on the model, condition, and eligibility of the trade-in unit. The trade-in discount cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless approved by BarberNation. The discount has no cash value and may only be used toward an eligible upgrade purchase.

All trade-in submissions are final. Once a trade-in unit is received by BarberNation, it will not be returned to the customer. BarberNation reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or discontinue the Trade-In Upgrade Program at any time.
